Tempest Arbiter
Primordial — Rainbow Pulse Insignia. One tier below the SS ceiling.
Potential is rolled per token at mint, so any card can come out anywhere on the C–SS ladder. The grade shown is one example; an individual NFT’s on-chain metadata is authoritative.
BIOMETRIC DATA
STAGE 3 · StandardProvisional figures. The only sourced stat table gives every species its own values and covers 12 of the 40 species; these per-stage numbers stand in until the full table lands, and are not the battle server's.
COST is a deck-building budget, not Mana. Your three Phantasmas must fit inside one field-cost ceiling, checked once when you build the team; it is never spent again during the match. Mana is the separate per-turn pool that pays for Command NFT Cards.
COMBAT PROTOCOLS
DISPLAYAccelerates to the edges of perception. SPD +60% for 3 turns. During this window, evasion chance is 40%. Evasion triggers a guaranteed counter-strike at 80% ATK.
Calls down a concentrated electromagnetic hurricane. Always acts first regardless of SPD. Hits all enemies 3 times in rapid succession. Each hit has independent 35% crit rate.
These are display protocols. The battle server does not read them — combat resolves on the Keywords (Piercing, Colossal, Sanity Rot and the rest) carried by each NFT's on-chain metadata. Two separate systems: what a card says here, and what it does in the arena.
PERPETUAL STORM FIELD — All Tempest units act first each round. Lightning strikes random enemy for 500 dmg/turn.
NFT ISSUANCE
STAGE 3Strictly prohibited from direct summons. Hard-coded to require burning three (3) Stage 2 Tempest units. Theoretical max global supply: 222 (per species · global max 8,888)
